Sad to announce that I am somewhat in a reading slump. The month of July and half of August were terrible reading months. Here's to hoping that the library books I checked out cure me 🤞🏽

I think it makes sense to keep a book in a series if you really love it despite not liking the series. I had something similar that happened, where I loved the first two books of a series but by the end of book 3 I was livid (and I DNF the series in book 4). I really loved the first two books and thankfully book 2 ends at a spot where you could easily end the series there. So I definitely think it's okay to keep your favorite books from a series even if you don't enjoy the series as a whole.
I agree on this. I did the same thing with the Six of Crows series. I loved book 1, but thought book 2 was kinda rushed, so I unhauled book 2 and don't really regret it. I can always reread it on kindle if I have to or borrow it from my local library.

Love the vlog! I always find that the fantasy books I've read usually have a lot of slow world building. If you end up reading The Cruel Prince because it's pretty popular... just know that it is REALLY slow until the first 70% of the book lol
