@@romialmeida4238 Hi as I check, it appears to be only possible in the titan webmail or app. Titan's articles dont show the feature on third party applications like thunderbird :)

@@noelromaguerra57 hello all stock po no extenders, hindi na rin ako dumadaan sa edsa since sa may cubao lang ako work :) pero noon kaya balikan sa one charge.

No problem as long as the actual package of the item is intact. Still lazada has the last say for the refund procedure :)

I use credit card as payment method based on my experience refund came 2-4 weeks :) but it really depends with the bank.
