It never taken me thst long to put freon in my vehicle, then again i have never vacuumed out the system either. Now i just roll the window down as i have three personal vehicles and non have a/c except my semi😂

Were did you get your carb from i need an ignition coil and a carb forcthe exact same bike

Also if youre MAF not electric clean.it well try to start pumping on gas acting like a carburetor..just clean the plug on both sides.thats if it has hard time starting in morning..or when u not driving alot .

Same thing happened to me bought a new fuel pump still wouldn't turn on.come to find out it was from the MAF sensor by the air filter ..good way to test that was just unplug it and it start with out the plug .once you plug it back in while it's idling it well turn off ...then u know it's bad sensor

dude we just got a 100 Trail Boss yellow very clean great patina. needed a carb but someone donated one and we're on our way! You went that clean the hard way. I used naval jelly + muck off and a hose and some elbow grease and 00 steel wool on the metal bits to kill light corrosion.
