Latte is latte. Macchiato is macchiato. There’s no latte macchiato. They are two different things. Your calibration is wrong. The espresso comes out too fast.
There is a latte macchiato, video is probably atleast at 130% speed.
latte just means milk and macchiato means marked. so a latte macchiato is “marked milk”. what you are referring to is espresso macchiato. but yeah gotta agree with you that the espresso came out quick

If you could tell me the ratio of ingredients, milk and coffee would be great.
It is about 2,5 dl of hot steamed milk, a single espresso and about 1 cm Milk foam. In this video it i too much foam. Happy brewing!
