The gold looks surprisingly good against the black background. Not so great against white. Maybe it's just the camera. Either way, it looks better than the gold plastic bandai has been using previously. How does it look in person? Is it just plastic or is there a coating on it?

Mine was so amazing I bought another. I never buy two of the same kit because I barely afford one.

How long do you take one gundam to finish the straight build? Just wondering with all the setup

Just finished straight building this kit a few months ago, i love it.

I've been building for a couple years now. Mostly straight builds, a couple custom painted parts here and there to bypass the use of color correcting stickers, but these build lines always trip me up. I'll have to try some of these techniques on the next high grade I mess with.

There are few types of Mr Cement. I have used Mr cement S, and the second I put it on the gap, it dries off so fast before I can snap them together.

kind of a shame how limited the articulation is bad split, no ab crunch, mediocre waist swivel, and borderline no head articulation feels weird comparing it to GGG himself who has excelent articulation atleast it's not all bad, the almighty pivot has not been ignored

Re-GZ wasn't able to keep up with psycommu mobile suits, eh? Funny, Amuro shot off the Jagd Doga's leg and bum rushed Char, slicing his beam rifle in half before making a clean escape, so I'd say the suit was probably good enough with a good pilot. It even scored a kill against the Alpha Azieru with its sideskirt rockets. In the manga and novel adaptation it even defeated the Psycho Doga, forcing Grave (Gyunei) Guss to abandon it and allowing Amuro to capture the psychoframe technology. I'd say that was a pretty good track record. It only lost against the Jagd Doga when Kayra was the pilot, and even then, it's only because she was basically ignoring everything for a suicide dash against the Neo Zeon capital ship, a gamble that ended up costing her. It wasn't even a fair one on one fight, so it's not like he won due to the funnels or something. Bear in mind, Amuro was dunking on the Brau Bro and the Elmeth in the RX-78, so it's not like it can't be done in a vanilla suit. Re-GZ gets a bad rap, but it's track record in combat is actually pretty excellent.

I still love the 2.0. It is because I feel the look is better. And you said the built quality, Ka is better. For me it does not matter, when I build the 2.0 I can have everything perfect. Thank You for your video.
