Derar Sir I chanced the original TR6 gearbox by a Mazda X5 gearbox adapted and as you say it have a sublime performance. But now I´ve a serious problem because the new gearbox be longer than the original and the centre console don´t run to his place because it´s a little short. It hapen to you the same? If yes how did you fix it. Did you put a gear lever trim to dessemble it?. Thank you and regrds José Nóbrega Portugal

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in EU :-( In Germany the Green party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing petrol stations to only one state operated station per city. :-(

Err...the D roll ends don't allign, the door panel escutcheons are fitted to the panels with split rivets prior to installation,and the dynamat hinders human entry by raising the seat cushion closer to the steering wheel and the top when fitted..car engineered for a 5' 6" driver already...sure is shiny

That was a sports car, now is just too expensive museum piece and get destroyed on the road even by small compact cars that are 1000 times cheaper. There are some agricultural machines that have better handling on the road then that overpriced bucket.

Now why haven't you installed the fender decals on it? That shows lack of detail. Got to say that the interior color combination was always something that I could never get my arms around. But it sure is unique. This car reminds me of one that was in Minnesota many years ago now? LOVE the SD's...especially the more rare 1974 year. Firebirds from 1970 through 1973 all looked too much alike.
