In Genesis 18, God told Abraham "Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave, I will go down to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry that has come to me." Abraham intervened to save any righteous people, but the angels present before their discussion began had already left on the fact-finding mission. That the men of the city wanted to rape the angels after they arrived there was proof of the men's fallen nature and sealed their fate. The cities weren't destroyed because the men tried to take the power of a couple of fallen angels. Those particular angels were working on behalf of God and carried out His will. It is important to keep things in context.

How I understand this is verse 2, Think of like a clay bowl filled with water. Then god made the firmament and divided the waters from the waters: so you have water then outer space and sky and waters on earth in verse 6 & 7. I think a more accurate interpretation of the story of Jonah isn't that a whale carried him down to the bowels of the earth, but that Jonah died, the whale swallowed & preserved his body, & his soul went to hell. This is why Jesus said, "Just as Jonah, so shall the Son of Man." When Jesus said, "no man comes to the Father but by Me," if you apply that retroactively to the Old Testament(because God cannot be made a liar) that means none of the Old Testament patriarchs were in Heaven before Jesus died. They were in a place called "Abraham's bosom," referenced in the parable of Lazarus & the rich man, a place in the earth separated from Hell by a vast chasm. Jesus descended into Abraham's bosom and evangelized Noah, Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob & all the Old Teatament patriarchs about the Good News, & then when He ascended "in a cloud" into heaven, that cloud was the souls of the patriarchs ascending with Him.

Ok, definitely agree, and I did some reaserch myself and did notice that what shes talking about is in the book. But now the question arises, what are we gonna do as adults to balance this out, and what I mean by this is while we're taking away all of this harmful media or what you might classify books under, we aren't balancing it out with better ways to educate or kids on these things. For example I was told in sex education that I was going to DIE from having pre-marital sex, and was tought NOTHING about what an STD/STI is, or how to prevent that and why it's important. This isn't the best example but it's like taking away your child's candy before dinner, yelling at them and tell them it's bad, only for you NOT to explain them *why* it's bad
