What a wonderful tribute! Embedded in Dhrupad is the Eternal Sound! The sound travels in the body and when sung or played travels in space. It is the wisdom of the highest order. It can be creative and can simultaneously also be knowledgeable in all aspects of life. When it is creative, it is beyond our imagination and we are elated to a level of being that higher than our existence! I am grateful for the opportunity to be humbled by it tremendous possibilities. I am grateful for all the learnings that Chote Ustad generously gave me and for the life lessons that come with the parampara. I can only say that no amount of effort is suffice and that alone I am limited in the expression of my learnings. Pranam 🙏
