if you have to ask, you CAN NOT Afford.
This is a really nice property, but the bedrooms are too basic. They should not be carpeted. They should have bigger windows and better finishes. The same is true for the dining room. Personally, I would've appreciated black iron window frames.

Buckhood will never be its own city. SSprings, Dunwoody, Johns Creek all became independent because the surrounding areas were self sufficient. Atlanta is the parasitic cyst forever attached and will never let go of its livelihood (no pun intended.)
