After watching both the short and the long video, I decided to try this myself at home tonight. Wow, what an experience! I did my best to remember what you talked about in the video, and I finished after about 10 minutes. I feel so relaxed now. This is something I will do from time to time, because it feels soooo good afterwards. Thanks LT!

I’m thinking about buying one.My joints are achy especially since going through perimenopause.Isnot expensive to run ie electricity . How often can you use it daily and for how long.what room should it be used in thinking about the effects on the wall from the steam.Are you still happy using it now .Im 5ft 2

New to your channel, Looks like you have some great content. Something that may boost watch time is if you add the sections of your video for when each thing is happening.
