I’m a student like you and just like you I also got bored even when world's most amazing profs taught me at institutions like IIT and Delhi University. I feared English Speaking, Public Speaking, and asking questions.
After choosing academics as a full time passion, I realized that in my class there were many super awesome students who had similar fears like Public Speaking due to fear of Wrong English which caused their invisibility in the class. They had to wait for grades to make people feel their presence. I decided to help my students by encouraging leadership qualities through experiential learning. I train students to accept themselves the way they are, then amaze themselves by their own hardwork before impressing others and love themselves because the first two steps made them a tougher and stronger version of themselves for the outer world. while teaching management subjects.
