Front set of halo's are 80mm Morimoto XSB 2.0 and the inner set is 100mm XSB 3.0's with the new "soft" return.

What halo size is on shroud?
You able to send the template? I’d like to make one to use.
May I know the types/size of nuts and bolts that you use to mount the projector? Is it m3/m4/m5 screw? What is the length?
do these work as DRLs as well or just low beams?
Yes, these can be used as a DRL. The low beams are something totally different.
So 100mm fits inside?? On other sites they say it has to be a 110mm...? I ask ONLY because I am redoing my retro fit in my ranger and can easily get 100mm halo rings. Just as you have the amber on the inner ring that's what I want to do. I did this with my gattling gun v1 shrounds and mini d2s 2.0's years ago. I'm actually really relieved if you did in fact mean 100mm on the inside inner halo part.

How did you attach the outside xsb 3.0? I don't see its mounts or any wire etc. Can you please let me know?!
I use transparent fishing line to secure the halos to the shrouds.

These halo lights will only work with an HID projector retrofit as these attach to the projector shrouds. If you already have a retrofit and are looking to add LED halos you can buy them from The Retrofit Source or from Diode Dynamics. do you have the final retrofit after everything was put together? why the d2S and not the mini h1?
About half-way down the page: www.texas-retrofit.com/gallery The customer wanted the Mini D2S to use the upgraded OEM bulbs like the CBI.
they only have specific lengths for the flexible strips. I'm assuming you went with the 18" xsb switchback. if so, where did you hide the rest, and what did you use to hold these strips in place?
I covered it with heat shrink.
They were secured in the lower channel using beading wire.
what did you use for the diffuser?
They are cut from acrylic sheeting found at your local hardware store.
for led drl's at the bottom, what type of led strip did you use?
I used the Morimoto LED flex tubes.
