It's a great example of how much weight a v-10 gasified truck can pull. I'm guessing 6500 lb at least and that includes the triple axle trailer. Correct me if I'm wrong Keith.
Recently found you Wayne, your content is amazing. I have so many questions.
Your 95 dodge v-10 sounds great on wood gas, especially reving it at the end of the video.
It is music to my ears too, riding free. We have lots of fuel here in the Pacific Northwest, buco amount of trees. Great experiment Wayne.
I'd like to see the Air controller/ Manifold and the design of the reactor/gasifer? Do you have any drawings or closeup photos? Is this a secret you want to take to the grave with you or something you want to share with the world?
Hello Kanoee64 All information can be found on my web site driveonwood.com
@waynekeith01 it doesn't give any info at all on the website lol just crude ancient fema plans and like plans lol gotta buy your book for 200bucks to get your revised plans? Lol so poor people are just fkd 😆 🤣
Some video ideas. I'd love to see some videos about your different builds. Each one that is! What you like and don't like about each design. Which ones were more temperamental. Which ones were harder to build. What your opinion is about the materials you used. A peek under your hoods at your plenum setups. I've been a long time fan. You've got nice stock and pastures. Heck, I bet everybody would enjoy videos on your training as well! Thank you for sharing with us!
viewing a lot of utube films on gasifiers. yours seems to be the only operation, that is constant. whereas a lot of utubers seem to be always tinkering, and spending a lot of time doing so. have you any plans available on the construction of a gasifier, please.
Hello Mr. Shute Please visit driveonwood.com
You're a genius Wayne. Just a suggestion, maybe invest in a better video camera to capture more detail in your videos. Best regards, Cody
Makes me wish I had a GM 2500 with a long box and the 8.1 liter engine. I imagine that would do well on this type of fuel. I don't think my 5.3 would make enough power though.
Great job, thanx
Where are you located wayne? I want to be able to do this to one of my vehicles. Could use some help and would pay you for your time.

Pretty cool man
Good to see a new video from you, that is a very nice pasture with some wonderful animals. I always enjoy seeing the newborn calves this time of year. God Bless you and yours!
Представляю, какое это удовольствие для лошадей - не чувствовать запах сгоревшего бензина рядом с собой на лугу! ❤
Not boring, and some fine looking horses.
I need to convert my vehicles to wood gas before the government does away with our gas,or before we can't afford it anymore.
You, sir, are a national treasure.
good to see you out and about friend.
It's nice to see the hayfield after a few years.
Where ya been young man? It's wonderful to see a new video. Been a fan of yours for years. How many wood gas engines are you running now?
Hello Pat and thanks for the reply. I put videos up very often but they are on my web site and unlisted . Go to driveonwood.com Thanks Wayne
I love my old v10 ram, wish I had your setup haha
love that you still post man, keep it up
I plan on doing this exact setup on an older large flatbed truck. I really appreciate you sharing this technology and know how with the world. God Bless.
I've seen many videos on how to make the gasifier and many other things but how did you get the correct fuel air ratios while giving more/ less throttle
Hello Jessup ..Fuel and air are correctly mixed before the throttle .
That's cool 👍
Do you have plans? How can I receive them if you have them for sale
Hello Bymar All details , plans ,book and video are at driveonwood.com
Glad to see your video pop up. Still planning on converting my truck some time.
I wonder if that could work on a modern John Deere with all the electronics they have nowadays
Wood gas will handle up to about a 17 to 1 compression ratio . A modern diesel is near a 20 to 1 ratio.
Glad to see you still out and about.
Never bored, intrigued is more like it.
Howdy Wayne, 👋 you are amazing... Whether it's training and teaching search dogs or building a wood burning truck. Take care friend. 🐕🐾🛻
Hello Miss Dawn . Great to hear from you !! Hope you and yours are doing good out west . Stay safe and well and please stay in touch . Still a little day light left so back to my rat killin.
@@waynekeith01 😁 we're doing our best to stay cool out here.🌞🏜️🌄😎 Ok you get back to it 🐀
Had the pleasure of going with Wayne to Michigan about 10 years ago. Drove 1,492 miles round trip. All on wood gas. No problems with anything on the trip.
$5 a gallon means nothing to Wayne Keith!!!! 👍
Great video 👍👍
Thank you very much Chris . Hope all is well with you .
Great job! Idea great , I would try to make it more safe.
How did you lock down the other side so all the power would go to the working side?
Hello Hugh I welded the spider gears in the chunk
Do you sell plans for this gasifier
Hello Richard . Yes go to driveonwood.com
this is beautiful, thanks for your hard work and generosity Wayne
Still hard to believe ! And cool that I know you personally. Have a great day Wayne, now I'll let you get back to your rat kill'in.😄
Hello Miss Dawn Thanks a bunch for stopping by. I think often of Black Mt. , you, group and ole Zipper ! OK back to my rat kill'in . Have a great day .
About time for me to stop procrastinating and see if I can build a gasifier. Thanks for posting! 👍👍
What no gasoline needed! Lol I know it's a wood truck. Pretty cool not to need that expensive gasoline in the Demoncratic Party's economy. Thanks for sharing Wayne. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya
I would like to know a lot more .How to I get ahold of you.or somewhere to by one or build one? Thanks
Hello MJ Go to my web site driveonwood.com Thanks
Just discovered this. We have a 2013 6.7 V8 Ford F350 Super duty we want to convert. Moved to Tennessee and we have plenty of carbon here. Need to get ready for no petrol
