First time I hear crass was in the 8th grade. I was playing Civilization on my brother's computer and unbeknownst to me he had the Crass Penis Envy album in the drive. For some reason whenever I would do certain actions on the game different songs would play so I thought that the music was just a kick ass soundtrack to the game. It wasn't until he played the album in the car a few days later that I caught on. To this day I associate that album with the game. I mean Berketex Bribe even had the drums at the beginning that sounded all tribal and shit. Lol

Stations of the Crass remains my favourite Crass LP; has 'the punkery' but also some extra darkness that's more experimental, avant garde, hints of industrial even. This is a good example.
