It was a good English performance but they won by only 12 points, two converted tries and Ireland would have won, and when you look at the two highlighted tries shown, an interception pass and a kick and chase it shows how quickly rugby games can swing. England were far the better team on the day no doubt.

I live in New York born and raised and i don’t understand why Rugby isn’t the number one sport in the world. How can you watch a national league baseball game after witnessing a real Rugby match ? That’s what the people I grew up with watch 🤦‍♂️

As an England fan I like the fact Ireland & Wales & England have all been pushing each other for a few years, it makes us all better. When England, Ireland & Wales play each other they know they are playing teams that can and have beaten the best southern hemisphere sides, the balance of power in world rugby is shifting north and that's good for all of us.

Why have Ireland started playing this way? Its like watching something from the 80's! Where has the joire de vivre of attack in Chicago gone, the Leinster attack and 3/4 moves! SO idiotic at 4:45 when he says it was offside. Yes he is offside in that frame grabbed for TV. Look where the ball is - it's already left his foot and is in the air. The frame to look at is the one where boot makes contact with ball, which shows he isn't offside.

The law for offside is not in front of the kicker but in front of the ball. From the other angle, Slade was clearly behind the ball when it was on the boot - even though neither angle was spot on. Otherwise, this commentary is spot on.
