@@TipsyRavenSailing you could try to reset the graphics setings to default preset, reset the game and change them to exactly what you want them again. What also really helps for me is using NVIDIA DLDSR downsampling if you got RTX graphics card. You don't even have to use in game AA then.

It seems that according to some codex information, obtained by the superpowers from INRA facilities, point to the fact that Thargoids may have an exceptional lifespan. Their early behavior showed that they would discover worlds worthwhile to their species, prep them with barnacles to extract minerals, then return thousands of years later to reap the benifits. It's possible that in the meantime waiting, the Thargoids spend their lives in witchspace, separated from time itself. It should also be noted that, humans and Thargoids do not have any need to compete over resources. We could simply coexist, that is an absolute possibility. They do not attack indiscriminately, though only when one of their claimed worlds is threatened. So, to give a direct answer to your question. This is most likely NOT abandoned. The live scavengers are likely still building up the facility for some purpose, and the Thargoids have simply yet to return and utilize it. I find it most unlikely that this is somehow a "home world" either, as there's no trace of a Thargoid Queen or Princess present. your thoughts?

The following is an excerpt from the codex, supplied by INRA: INRA records describe the average Thargoid as physically larger than a human being, and generally insectoid in appearance. Thargoid biology is carbon-based, using an RNA-like encoding for biological information, but Thargoid chemistry is based on ammonia rather than water. Consequently , while Thargoids can comfortably tolerate environments as cold as minus 80 degrees Celsius, they cannot withstand environments warmer than 45 degrees Celsius for long. According to notes compiled by Doctor Peregrine Henig, an INRA researcher, Thargoids can survive for a significant time in the vacuum of space without apparent discomfort, and can tolerate radiation and extreme cold for far longer than a human. As far as I know, there's no real record of an agency possessing a Thargoid corpse, however this log refers to their bodies appearing insectoid in nature. I would say a thargoid ship looks like a flower, or perhaps a barnacle, definitely NOT insectoid. This leads me to believe, that these ships do indeed possess a pilot, and that pilot is capable of just about anything a human would be capable of.

I modded almost everything and you are using public version its a normal cant help for that sorry :(
