Hi Kath, sorry for the late response. I'm not sure precisely what time you can see the sunset.. But from what i experienced, you can start to see at 5.45 pm. And yes definitely you can go down to diamond beach at 6pm. But please be careful on your way down because it is too steep.. Yes there is parking area nearby. Hope you enjoy your trip! 😁

Hi @hotwasabi, iya ketemu monyet nya pasti akan susah dihindari. Saran saya, pastikan kamu datang kesana jgn pagi bgt atau terlalu sore. Karena justru monyet banyak yang keluar cari makan. Dan kalaupun jadi menginap, make sure aja kamu pagi2 dan sore2 jgn terlalu buka pintu hotel karena mereka sering berkeliaran. Dan jgn tinggalin makanan atau barang lain jam2 segitu. Jam 10 pagi sampai jam 4 sore jam amannya :). Nanti ada orang yang jaga dsna sebelum turun kebawah untuk di minta bantuan angkat barang atau usir monyet nya kalau kamu mau pergi keluar atau datang. Resepsionis juga bantu usir monyet kalau memang ada saat itu. Dan pastinya bawa kayu atau tongkat untuk usir monyet, mereka takut sama itu. Semoga info ini membantu ya :) enjoy!

Hi @Hotwasabi, pasti ada penjaga yang bantu angkat koper dan si "bli" aka "mas" kalau panggilan ke cowok, biasanya dia standby di depan jalan gang jagain mobil yang masuk ke lecliff. Tapi kalau nggk ada kamu call aja resepsionis nya si le cliff nanti dia bisa bantu. Paling kasih tip 10-20rb cukup. Kalau kata mereka monyet jgn diliatin jadi cuekin aja. Sama hati2 barang kacamata tas atau accessories lain karena cukup nakal bisa di ambil. Sama jgn ninggalin apa2 di balcony karena mereka sering nakal masuk balcony terus ambil barang. @@MyTechniqueWorks yes it is totally safe. Gps perfectly works in Ubud. About IT jobs, i might not be the best person to give you more information but one thing i know that some tech startups are based in Bali. Foreigner can only rent a house.. Unless you marry one of local lady or your house certificate must under local people. I might be wrong but you need to dig more informations. Good luck! 😊

Hi Peter, nice to e-meet you. So far I am happy with the result when I did the post-editing. The type that I have is VL4200 PB which can reach a max 120 wide beam with 6.5k color temperature. The burn time is 1.5 hours (lvl 3) and it can reach 6 hours if you switch to a low light setting. However, if you switch to lvl 1, the light will reduce its lumen so it actually does not give any difference when you want to go narrow or wide. For shooting macro, I do not recommend using bigblue without snot or lower lumen since you might have a hard time to adjust the white balance and might scare some little creatures when you turn off the light, it happened to me 😄. If you are more into a wide-angle video person that wants to shoot corals, caves, wrecks, or big fish, you might consider a higher beam to have better light. But FYI, the beam will be automatically narrowed when you go underwater since the light glass is flat compared to the light that has a big dome that has soft edges and won’t reduce its beam when you turn it on underwater.
