There are some reports of very tight barrel nuts. However, I have never had one that I couldn't remove with muscle power. You can carefully clamp the receiver in place and use more force if muscle power is not enough.

I just tested it with that. Played with 160 PSI. Yes, it's still alive but I only use the OZ9 now.

Wenn ich Hauptsache Content anbieten würde, dann hätte ich den typischen Clickbait Kram. Du musst dir nichts von mir ansehen. Hast du mal versucht ein Video einer Flugbahn zu machen während du direkt handelst und dabei eine GBB mit starkem Rückstoß benutzt? Ich möchte dabei nicht steil gehen, wie man so schön sagt, aber man kann auf freundlicher seine Meinung mitteilen.

Moin, sie macht viel spaß, ist nicht so schwer und man kann Glock Magazine verwenden. Ja ich würde sie empfehlen. Ich habe das Gummi geändert und ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bis jetzt hatte ich immer Pech mit den Standard Gummis von VFC. Von dem Umbau habe ich auch 3 Videos hochgeladen.

Leider habe ich meins noch nicht testen können. Habe nicht die Möglichkeit abseits von Spielfeldern zu testen. Dennoch mit der AR9 und dem fast identischen Gummi von Unicorn hatte ich gute Ergebnisse.

@@BSKorn1 mit dem Begadi VSR5 60° Bucking und .32g funktioniert es gut.

@@BSKorn1 i just tride to but mine is so stuck. i might need a vice. did try to heat it just in case but seams the spring did not like that and got some rust

@@mrsherman5012 I've heard that from a few people. You can also clamp the upper in a vice. There are also special tools for AR weapons. All that helps is a bit of heat and a lot of force when it's clamped in.

@@BSKorn1 Ja das stimmt ich war auch einer der eher passiv gespielt hat da ich noch nicht so lange Airsoft spiele war erst mein vierter Spieltag aber wenn ich nicht an dem Turm gesessen hätte hätten wir in der dritten runde einen sicheren punkt nie eingenommen die andren haben es nämlich garnicht gemacht.

It was a test that didn't work so well because I didn't work very carefully. You just have to drill a hole, fitting it of course, and insert a ball channel so that the balls go from one to the other. The idea is very simple but doing it yourself is a bit of a challenge. If you have some dexterity it'll work, but if you only ever work on the keyboard you should avoid it. powair6 offers something like this.

It was extremely inaccurate for me despite 0.45g BBs. Even the MCX variants were precision weapons compared to that. Maybe I was just unlucky with my model.

What hop bucking do you use?

@@KaysAirsoft I'm a fan of Maple Leafe 70s buckings. I've also tried Unicorn and I don't think they're bad either.

@@BSKorn1 my m733 has about 1.15J… i think 70s bucking are to hard. Best Choice 50-60 i think

@@KaysAirsoft I usually play with 1.1-1.3J and 0.45 BBs. But I'll try 0.36 soon, 0.4 are also OK.

Umarex offers various brands. e.g. GHK, VFC and SRC. I don't have an SRC. GHK doesn't fit but VFC definitely does.

if you can only get those, yes. I don't know right now whether I got a GBB bucking without a lip. 190mm should fit perfectly. Unfortunately I didn't measure it when I converted it because the bucking was the only thing that mattered to me. I'll test the original barrel first. measured from the adjustment screw to the end it is 200mm (thread of the muzzle break)

In dem Nozzle ist ein Stift der das Nozzle in der Mitte hält. Bei anderen Modellen sitzt der Stift hinter dem Nozzle. Man kann nicht einfach ein NPAS einbauen.

In my case it is because the gas is too strong. With less pressure it works perfectly.

@@BSKorn1 I’m already using green gas and I monitor multiple time for now and it seems that when the mag is running almost out of gas, the bolt can be catch. If with full gas or even 70%, the bolt can’t catch.

I don't have any other KWA barrel here but it doesn't look right in the pictures. I have to look into this further. The rubber is special and has a different bridge than other rubbers.

I had the problem that the chamber didn't click into place completely and couldn't be pushed in completely. It took me a few attempts, which aren't shown in the video 😅.

@@Thedadoodle Yes, it helped, thank you. I dared to do it today and worked on a unicorn barrel. I added the side windows for the clip with a dremel. I shortened the pin on the clip. Now a unicon barrel and rubber are installed. Unfortunately I can't test the result yet, but the setting looks good when I look through the barrel.

@BSKorn1 can you show me the side windows, this could be the fix I am looking for. Found that the seal between hop unit and nozzle worsen over time, I believe this is because of the hop rubber slightly edging forward thus moving away from nozzle. I wonder if this would lock the rubber in place? Thank you for the feed back, I have been checking in to see if you had done it yet

@@Thedadoodle I would like to test it first before making a video, in case it doesn't work so well. How I did it: put a new barrel with rubber into the hop-up chamber. Checked whether it was far enough in and aligned. Tested whether the arm was pressing properly on the rubber. Marked the sides for the window with a marker, as well as the hole at the top. Grinding down the markings with the dremel. Unfortunately I couldn't drill the hole, so I had to shorten the pin.

What work did you have to do to mount the barrel? I haven't tried mounting a different barrel myself.

I have a small flaw in the front of the FCU. This makes it difficult to put the slide on. Once it's on, it runs really smoothly.

@@BSKorn1 If you closely compare the original grip, you will notice that the kit lacks a U-shaped stop at the front end of the FCU installation position. Over time, the inner groove of the slide will continuously strike the front end of the FCU rail, causing the FCU to deform and eventually break. You need to fabricate a U-shaped block and place it in the corresponding position of the conversion kit to prevent subsequent damage.

I don't have a G45 but the two models look exactly the same and are the same size, so it will fit.

Ganz einfach bei www.pfitzner-waffen.de das F der SIG umsetzen. Habe es bei meiner M18 und M17 gemacht. Dadurch ist das F auf dem Schlitten und man kann andere Griffstücke verwenden.
