This series is simply amazing, you started with the best in litrpg. You are reading some stuff that builds on itself and yield great payouts in a couple of books. From all the series I've read (or listen too), DCC has the most 2nd and 3rd re-read value. There are so many details that are simply a sentence in book one that ends up mattering in some part of later books, or some interactions with characters that are re-visited later on and not only makes sense but are incredible plot twists. It feels like it was all layed out and planned in the most meticulous details from the start, even after 7 books. Wheter you continue your podcast on DCC or not, I highly recommend continuing the series on your own regardless. All the best .

DCC is the single most entertaining piece of media ever made.

I started a few months ago, and accidently timed it so the most recent book came out a day after I finished the 6th. While there are a few dips here or there the entire series is fantastic as it expands on literally everything.

Interesting read!

Just finished listening to this on audiobook and Will Patton killed it, just like he did with Mr. Harrigan's Phone. The way he gave Jalbert a voice blew me away. Loved the story and, in agreeance with you guys, really liked Jalbert's character - in a fictional sense, anyway. His counting and running the chairs; how he was so adamant about Danny's guilt. And how about his end: '3-2-1' pulls the trigger. Dude was running numbers right up to the end. A true to life Count Dracula from Sesame Street. Overall, it's nice to still be getting fine fiction from King.

Final Girls was good and twisted. And anything by Neil Gaimen is good. Need to read Brom. He wrote Krampus but Lost Gods is really good.
