Can you cut fine metals like gold?
Wondercutter STOLE MY cutter! I purchased a ctrlax cutter through Kickstarter. It essentially stopped working out of the box. So I sent them a video proving it's not working properly. They asked me to ship it back to South Korea so I did. Then they told me nothing was wrong and refused to send it to me! Now kickstarter, paypal, nor the company refuses to send my cutter or my money back. This company is A JOKE! I've shipped it back FEBRUARY 2024 and now it's Septeber 2024 and they REFUSE to email me back! I've emailed them with 4 different emails. Each time, they initially respond to me (when I ask a generic question) So I know they are still in business, but as soon as I ask for my cutter back, they ghost me. I can't believe it!!

From the makers of the failed Wondercutter S.... Same company. The name is stupid "CTRLAX". I am computer geek and even for me it took a second to register. The narrator can not pronounce the product name. Steongly suggest you wait and not ne an early bird. Korean startups are known for their quality. *sarcasm)

@@CUTRAFT Look at the cord used in Hakko soldering irons. I replaced my Wondercutter S with this cord and it's much improved.

The name of the product is CtrlAX which is Ctrl-A + Ctrl-X (select and cut). But we pronounce it as CUTRAX which is similar to name of our company.
