So many companies and items have English names. Also at birthday we sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU in English although many of us can't speak English very well. It is very strange.

The water is probably too hot. For Japanese green tea, let water cool 4-6 minutes after boiling. Though, it is better to bring the water to temperature in a pot on a stove and brew you tea with it. For green tea, you want the water to be steamy, but not boiling. The most you should get are small bubbles rising from the bottom of the pot and some steam. Boiling removes oxygen from the water and this affects the taste. Using your steeping method, you should be straining the leaves at the 45-50 second mark. You can strain the leaves 2 more times and this depends on what kind of leaf you have. The 2nd steep is 20-30 seconds, so strain at the 20-25 second mark. The 3rd steep is usually less than 10 seconds, so you strain immediately. Also, is it Japanese sencha that you are using? (Chinese green teas are brewed differently and are best tasted in small amounts.) If the leaf is poor quality you might not get any greenish color in your tea. You should be getting a golden greenish yellow or even light chartreuse color, but no brown. If you are drinking Uji sencha, Okumidori sencha from Kagoshima, or organic sencha from Shizuoka, the brew should have a green or greenish yellow color. If you have something like Yamamotoyama sen-cha or other regular-grade sencha, or even Chinese-made sencha, the brew should have a yellow color with some green. The tea should have just a slight bitterness. Too much bitterness means either there was too much leaf used or the water was too hot.

Sorry to be late to answer! When you make tea, please don't use hot water. Also if you use tea which is old, it turns brown and tastes funny. So use fresh tea please!
