Thank you so much! No cancellation policy on the contract, it was all done through people first, they facilitate small creators and sponsors. Yes, the drawer holds a good amount of weight, my full tower, but it does tip the empty desk when fully out. I could anchor it to the wall, but I don't pull it out any after I got the tower in. Luckily the area is mostly tile and we got to it quickly, every time. But the door just soaked it up since it's an MDF core. My shop reeked for a couple days. I had to deep clean my saw and dump/clean my shop vac... cats 🙄

@@pecantreedesign it is especially after the rebuild crew gets finished and the house looks better than before the loss happened. One lady had a three fall on one half of a split level right where she was sitting moments before.. now it looks great

Near death experience and now a fresh house, that turned into a great day for her!
