In my opinion: they should add cats for people who want some independent pets for they'r apartments or houses and dogs for rp's, for example walking the dog or petting the cat. We should be able to play fetch with the dogs and watch the cats play with the scratching post maybe. There are also people who probabily have outdoor cats or smth so a cat/pet door could also be an idea.
