Im so glad to hear this. It reminds me Of when I first started Working out. Don’t top or you’ll loose all your gains. Take it slow, keep it fun. Listen to motivational vids (me cough me 😆), listen to music, have. Workout buddy. Keep it up. My e one day we CN workout together

I always considered life purpose as a triangle: one side for what you're goot at, one side for what you like, one for what is useful to society. Glad to see we've come to a rather similar conclusion.However, I tend to make a distinction between what the world needs to stay afloat (doctors, lawyers), and the things that actually push humanity forward (scientific discoveries and inventions mostly). The latter are not temporary help for some random people, they help the entire humanity forever, they make the entire human race leap forward at once. Think about the guy who invented the wheel or the ones who discovered electricity. No one knows if there is an afterlife, but when you're dead, you're dead, and you can no longer contribute to the human adventure. The only piece of eternity we can get is by contributing to making the human race more advanced, as the human race is the only thing in this world that can progress by its own will and maybe therefore live on forever. Making even the tiniest contribution to it is for me way more valuable than anything, but again, to accomplish that you probably need to get into a field you love and you're goot at (and maybe give up on your family, status and wealth).

Honestly, those grip things felt like a waste of time. Dead lifts, especially straight bar dead lifts, 3 heavy sets, and 3 perfect-form, slow, full range of motion, sets, absolutely juices my forearms and grip. That mixed with curls and farmers walks and you’ll never need to do forearm isolation exercises again!

Nice vid. Honestly, as I’ve gotten older (I’m 36), my presses feel like they barely work out my pecs, and everything is on my delts and tri’s. I don’t get it. I’ve changed grips, pinched my scaps, arched my back, light weight, heavy weight, slow down-nothing. I hate flies, but they’re the only thing that makes my pecs feel pumped. Same with dumbbells. When I was 19, it felt like it was all Pecs, and my pecs got huge and I was benching almost 300 lbs. now I lift 4x a week and just got to 245 after a year…I don’t get it. For my back and legs it’s the opposites dead lifts, cable (narrow-grip) rows, high rows, pull-ups feel like they give my entire back and legs a work out. My chest and shoulder day just feels imbalanced and ineffective. My front delts get juiced, my triceps get juiced, my chest is mid, and even with lateral flies, my shoulder width is still mid.

Kids say dumb things. It just sucks when its about a loved one. Lets face it though, we've all said stupid things when we were young, i know I have and im sure you have too. Anyway, could you talk with that kids parents about it? They should know, so they can sit their kid down and have a serious talk. I mean, flip the script for a sec... if you found out that your daughter said something crazy like that, im sure you would appreciate someone letting you know about it, so that you could have a talk with her. Rather than some dad throwing weights around his basement, thinking about attacking her throat😅

Hello sir brace with your core more and make sure to throw them shoulder back, try to imagine bending the bar in half with your powerful arms bring bar all the way down to minimize the back bend and focus form

If you only have 2-3 days then yes full body. 4-5 you should upper body lower body split. 6 days should be chest/shoulder/triceps two times a week, back and bicep two times a week, legs and abs two times a week
