You don't necessarily have to show the whole process in 1 video. Focus on 1 takeaway per video. If that's a short-form, 1 change people can make right after the video. If that's a long-form, series of changes people can make to achieve x outcome. You're not in the business of upcycling when it comes to social media. You're in the business of education. How can you bring more awareness to the importance of upcycling through your content? What questions do you think people could have if they had a specific challenge you solve? Ask these questions yourself and create content around them. Whenever you have your upcycling video ready (the one where you need to show the whole process), post them with more length (30-min+) Redirect all other videos into them. As if people are interested in seeing the craft live. Daily videos will help you with nurturing the existing audience and capturing new audiences with questions and queries. While this long video helps you convert them or gain more traffic as it contains a lot of doing more than talking. Does that make sense?

The way you do this is by having a business off RUclips, so you aren't relied on your RUclips growth for making a living. You can use vpn and download it from the main site. Or use a crack version (it doesn't really matter if you're just getting started).

I'm not clear with your question. It's not something you have to worry about. Focus on the most important things: which is making good videos, good thumbnail images, titles and that's all. All these small things only plays role when you already have got a massive traffic. I've made this mistake of focusing least important things for years. Hope you'll avoid it from now
