It's a relatively new amp and I'm just getting used to it. Settings = distortion ON! Bass I generally have about 3/4 Treble on 1/2
I've been playing it like this for the longest period of time! So glad that I've been doing it right the whole time
Well apparently Tom Delonge plays it the other way. I just think it sounds better this way, especially if you're the only guitarist in the band!
At least use 2 notes and make something that resembles a chord

All tabs are wrong on this. Watch Billie-Joe play it. It's the same shape but picked 5-0-3-0-5-3. You're welcome. Once you play it this way you will notice that it's played this way on the record, the difference is very subtle but it's there.

@carterthemainman5781 Annoyingly, I managed to get a sort of tab up, then managed to delete it like an idiot. E---------------- B-----3-----3--- G---0--0-------- D-5------5------ A---------------- E---------------- That's the picking pattern I was trying to explain. The difference is slight, but it's how Billie-Joe plays it. You can see him do so on the Bullet in a Bible DVD. Continue this picking pattern as you descend down the notes on the G string. This is what I should've done in the first place but was too lazy.
