Drawing on influences from the Velvet Underground, David Bowie, and the British Invasion, in addition to '80s new wave and synth-pop, P.M. Font’s sound is defined by fuzzed-out electric guitars, analogue synthesizers, overdriven tube amps, and hard-hitting beats. Lyrically, P.M. Font explores the complexities of life through colloquial language and wordplay.

After a three-year stint with The Proper Places, his first EP, Holiday, was recorded sporadically between 2016 and 2020 and finally released in 2021 on his label, Uptight Records. In 2023, P.M. Font released two singles that demonstrated a shift in his production aesthetics, as each release included alternate electronic mixes. His latest singles, "I've Seen You Around" and "Since Yesterday," show his love for rock-n-roll and Lou Reed has never faded.
