    I personally like your stretch workouts. Maybe add a 3seconds timer countdown. So we know when an exercise is coming to it's end

    Makes a lot of sense, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

    Only decent exercises here are bodyweight tricep extension and maybe number 10. All the other ones are dumb as shit, and you can't spot reduce fat.
