Top!
And when he was imprisoned for 3 weeks in Sudan was that racism too?
Who the hell cares!? This is the same as audiophiles masturbating about minute differences in sound quality inaudible to the human ear. But hey, if obsessing over the making of your coffee gives you more enjoyment trough placebo then go ahead

Thanks so much! Hope you enjoy this episode and more!
Saving spots is not allowed in most runs. Since spots are so hard come by it isnt fair to save spots almost a year ahead of time. She should sign up next time like she did this time, i know it feels unfair, but nobody can defer a spot in my experience (i broke my leg) and i will need to just sign up again next time 🤷♀️ this is the only way to keep it fair for everyone right?
I would love for you to listen to the full episode to understand why pregnant women should be allowed to defer their place.
@@greatbritishadventures i will listen to it, thank you :)
Loved this interview! I had the pleasure of meeting Fiona in Boston! We road the bus together to run our Boston 2024. We had the most wonderful conversation about her Boston journey! She is such a strong woman & has such a great story to share! Fiona actually sang to me to calm my nerves! God put us together that wonderful morning! God Bless you Fiona! I hope we can meet up again in the future! ❤️🙌🏃♀️🏃♀️
what a beautiful story. Thanks for tuning in!
Carry your own
Great conversation! It was very informative. Keep up the good work. I have some suggestions that I would love to share with you, which could really help your channel. Is there a way for me to share them?
thanks for tuning in!
🥱 must be a nice life to be only worrying about this shite..
Thats not that bad, my peak with body issues, sensory issues, and severe depression in my teens was a week and a half. Finally got me to be more consistent about showering despite my lack of smell though 😂
Great pod. Sarah is a great coach too
Thank you so much for tuning in!
Thankyou for this. I have a no dig allotment for 5 years, in Wiltshire. I can see the change in the soil from compacted clay to, funnily enough, 6 inches of healthy, worm filled soil. I use woodchips for paths that feed the Mycorrhizal fungi. I don’t know how this can be translated to farming but at least I have partially reclaimed my small plot to natural production. Organic fruit and vegetables are abundant. Freezer is full again for the winter.
thank you so much for tuning in!
Why are you trying to capture carbon out of the atmosphere?
Fantastic, hope to be able to see the film soon
thanks for tuning in!

Michelle Beavers is definitely an inspiration to the world. She has inspired me personally in many ways. Thank you Michelle for all you do to make this world a better place. ❤
Thank you so much. That's very kind x
Thanks for tuning in!
Brilliant!
Wonderful conversation and lovely moment when the coach turns the table and asks the deeper questions...
I wish the video had just focussed on his actual trip day by day, so that we , propective hikers, can learn something.
if you want a detailed insight into his trip, you are welcome to read his book 🙂
I've listened to, and loved, every episode so far, but this one....this one was my favourite. Amy speaking about using words to understand life hit home, I get it, my head is in a perpetual state of ADHD induced chaos, and that simple act of pen to paper offers some respite and clarity. Thanks, Tom & Amy, great episode!
Thanks so much for these lovely words, and for tuning in to all the episodes you've listened to. Really appreciate it
Go ma'am!
Thanks for tuning in!
PELUMI is just exceptional! I don't know why, but I just keep tearing up everytime I listen to her. I doubt there is any other video of hers I haven't watched on the internet!
She is lovely! Thanks for tuning in
That’s right
Fabulous - love this podcast, inspiring, thought provoking and joyous
Thanks for tuning in David|!
Great conversation and set up!
thanks for tuning in. Appreciate the comment!
My wife and I met Geraldine when she hit the 1000 mile mark. We were cycling on the Via Francigena and stopped to have a chat with her. Later that evening she caught up with us at the B&B, where we shared a most memorable meal with her and other guests. It's good to now find out about the rest of her journey. Very inspirational! That sounds very interesting I’d like to hear you talk, I’ll pray for your safety and hope you visit Ireland 🇮🇪 Gods speed brother
This hits to the heart of it all.....absolutely mind altering in so many ways ...
What an amazing interview..... The only woman to have Swam the Channel , Run a street Marathon and Climbed Everest all as a result of not being able to have a baby .....Thankyou Jessica ...Our mental health is huge, it's life changing...how we manage that ........in the family world ......But for our life , we have to find meaning but in what ???? we never know ......and the lack of recognition is huge ......Childlessness is an adventure story ...into the dark .....a road well traveled but completely unknown or acknowledged....I was at her book launch , she's great ...
thanks so much for tuning in!
What an amazing inspiring podcast, thank you so much for sharing this. All my worries of doing the francigena have lifted. Geraldine YOU are INCREDIBLE❤

🙌
Really interesting podcast!
Thanks so much for tuning in! Appreciate the support 🫶🏻
I was so concerned that this was going to be a misinformed take, where people believe shearing is harmful, I'm glad i stuck around. Manmade fibres are almost always just plastic rebranded. There's no easy way to make the necessary changes to the market for the benefit of farmers and the environment.
Sorry farmers, but I’m severely allergic, as is most of my family. You may have the best wool in the world, but I kinda like breathing, more than I like wool.
opposite here. 100% polyester fabrics make my sinuses close like a cinch
Oh
She is fucking fake
Why does she constantly look like she's about to start crying?
Didn’t you hear her? She’s upset about the wool!!!!
Really? I thought she was just being pathetic
ever tried skating or an instrument, nothing more humbling than learning those things!

Hold on, 'conventionally grown wheat' (non regen) is not "full of chemicals" (2.45), that is utter nonsense. If you were honest about it, you'd mention regen's reliance on glyphosate (RoundUp) for stale seedbeds, where ploughing buries the weed burden without the INCREASED use of pesticides. As for blaming conventional farming for gut health issues? - I think you need to reconsider the dogma you're peddling after reading a few books, it reeks of the pious BS of the 'convert'.
I think that's what she meant by chemicals. And that's the cause of the gut issues in north America along with the way the wheat was breed for abundance over nutrition. What she fails to mention is the most effective way to benifit from not plowing is turning pastures into permanent pastures. The roots are the base for a healthy habit.
Fab podcast episode! Such an interesting topic and I learned so much.
Thanks so much for watching!
Wool is better than petroleum products. Humans wouldn’t allow sheep to go extinct because our ancestors required warm clothing before plastics. Plastics are terrible anyway…and we are killing off pollinators…so the “but cotton” people will need to look to artificial fibers made from corn.
