I won't jugde the whole China just because of these few "so called" Chinese ridiculous behaviour. Just like I won't judge the whole Britain because of one British got caught for smuggling drugs into China. Those people are Chinese. They were holding Chinese natioanl flags not CPC flags. Why were they holding Chinese flags as it was neither China's national day nor any important Chinese Government official visiting London at that time. In fact holding Chinese flags is alot easier for people to identify them as Chinese though Brendan initially mistaken them as Japanese. Being a Chinese doesn’t mean the person is from China. There are many Chinese from Hong Kong or Taiwan or Chinese are of US or British nationals or of any other countries. Also people of the Falungon cult are also Chinese and very anti-China. In fact, all people in China know that the portrait rights are limited to certain conditions. According to China's law, it is prohibited to use one's portraits/images to generate financial gains without one's approval. If you are not a famous person and are filmed by others in the public places. Your portrait rights most likely do not apply. These people were bystanders in a public place and quite obviously Brendan does not intend to use their images to generate any financial gians to benefit himself. So even this happens in China. The police and the legal system will dismiss these people's claim. Actually, China is one of the most camera friendly places on this planet. There are thousands videos on youtube about people from all over the world travelling in China and filming their experiences and encounters in China freely. They never had any problems filming in public places in China, even in hospitals or government buildings. So this makes me wonder who are these people and where are they from?
