Sportrehabilitation nach Knieverletzung
Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass ich mich verletze und danach wieder uneingeschränkt weiterleben kann, meinen Beruf als Physio ausüben und den Skisport betreiben kann, den ich so liebe. Das Video dient weniger der Edukation als vielmehr dazu, Personen, die noch nie eine Verletzung hatten, einen Eindruck zu vermitteln, wie sich in einer Physio-Session massive Veränderungen ergeben können, ohne dabei passiv (manuelle Therapie, Massage, etc.) eingegriffen zu haben. ACHTUNG: Ich verfüge leider über viel Erfahrung und kann auf mein vielseitiges Wissen in Biokinematik und Bindegewebsphysiologie sowie ein gutes Körpergefühl mit einem klareren Kopf zurückgreifen, um mich diesen Angelegenheiten zu...

    awesome information regarding body type and position. I ski for a very long time and never knew how anatomy is important in deciding where to mount the bindings. I think this information would help a lot of skiers to improve their skills. What is a proper way of measuring is it from joint to join?

      @alpean_academy 10 месяцев назад

      Hey ziggy, Sorry I didn't see your last question. It's slightly difficult to measure because it also needs some skills and anatomy knowledge... Give me some time and I post here a link or give more detailed information in a new short video. Excellent review!!!! Thank you sooo much. I have the Katana V Werks 184cm and mounted them at recommended point. I got used to it, but I completely agree with you on all your statements. I wish I would have gone +2 or maybe even +3 as you did, because I can totally attest to what you obviously prefer as you tried both options. I haven't had the opportunity to try a foreward mounting point but I know you are totally right. Also choosing a size shorter for touring I totally agree with. It just outweighs the benefits going longer size. WELL I just got some Völkl Mantra V Werks and went a size shorter at 178cm, BUT I am not sure where to mount them. The Mantra V Werks are traditional chambered. Have you skied them? Do you know anybody? What would you do? Recommend? This was such a great review, I thought to reach out for help!!! Thank YOU and have a great live as well!!!!

    • @alpean_academy
      @alpean_academy 10 месяцев назад

      Hey Beat, Thanks for the confirmations and yes, I had the mantra in the same size too... actually I still have it but to sell! 😉 Because: where ever I mounted the Binding the mantra Vwerks was to soft for me in the front of the Binding. I literally popt regularly over the ski when there were small bumps. Well, this might be because of my lack in ski skills but if i would try the ski again I might try to ix the binding 1-2cm behind the recommended position. Just to have little more stability in front and less long tail, which presses the front part of the ski downward.... Does that make sense to you?

    • @beatniederberger8350
      @beatniederberger8350 10 месяцев назад

      It does make sense, more so if I align the boot center to the recommended mounting point. There is a lot of tail left. Wow I'm confused 🤔. It just doesn't look right for a Mantra and I've had plenty versions, of which I kept the 100 full rocker model, I think was the best Mantras ever! I also kept the 102 's, as I appreciate the extra stiffness. Mounting at -3 seems almost appropriate. Have you tried different mounting positions on the Mantra V Werks or is the front just to soft in your opinion to even try? Unfortunately I haven't skied them yet, but I'm a little disappointed that you are willing to depart from them. 😄 Thank you for your time enriching me with valuable information on the open book situation left by Völkl.

    Or get the advantages of both lengths by using a longer ski on your strong leg and a shorter ski on your weak leg. Easy switchbacks to one side, quick turns to one side vs. maximal stability on the other side! Hell, you could even use a light skimo race ski on one side and heavy freeride ski on the other to have at least one perfect ski for every situation!
