Hi Mark, I don’t unfortunately but I’m hoping I’ll be back to run this stretch over the coming months, just waiting for the river levels to increase. I will have notes from this trip & on getting home tonight I’ll post the get in & get out locations 👍 From memory, for the get in we use the carpark which is just off the road junction of The Avenue/ St Silver, Masham

Ampleforth has I think the largest monastic community in the UK, 60+ monks. I went there for a weekend's retreat a few years ago expecting it to be like Lourdes. I was disappointed. It had no monastic atmosphere whatsoever. It just felt like school with a few monks tacked on. I was really turned off by it.
