Hey thaidee i play very similar to you, probably a bit less consistant then you but i have the same mindset problem solving. Do you have any tips for an OCE player trying to hit gc for the first time?. There's only like 20 ssls in oce 2v2 its very competitive in c1-gc1 in OCE, i just need to figure out a better mindset for playing with my teamates, i just feel like lots of people dont know how to play first or second man even if they're a good player individually, how would you combat that?

bruh made ssl look easy... My notes from the video: - solid defense - solid postioning "comfort" = watching to see how comfortable ppl are in their positoning / situation to see whats possible .. this part is new info for me, never thought about that before. oo and wall reads and self pass plays [rizzo talks about this in his road to gc / ssl? from few yrs ago] He didnt do those as well as you could have but interesting to see that even in the higest rank its basically just keeping ball close and fundamental mech's Making it look easy takes skills this guy clearly got, subbed!

Troy is such a good pull for a tm8 (first game). Got him on my team 2 weeks ago and we rolled the opponents. Only reason I remember is cause I hit a nasty clip

Been stuck in champ ever since I hit 250 hours (im at about 1700 now). Although Ive pushed near gc a few times, I have never really gotten over that hump. Watching your gameplay makes me realize that I have probably been putting too much effort in to being quick on the ball and quick around the field as opposed to being open for a play at all times. Gonna be watching more to pick up on more methodical habits to build in game. Great commentary, keep it up.

its baffeling to me that people get into high ranks with basic gameplay. i play patiently and pretty basic myself despite being mechanical. i assum the consistency and positioning is key in the very core of things. also how to handle various different playstyles of mates and opponents. i cant wrap my head around how people seem to alwways go for the demo play in the most stupid moments where they throw themselfs away. i simply dont expect such demos because they are just that useless in most situations. so they get me.

6:39 all team mate had to do was 'wall off' the direction of the goal basically trying to over extend both players and giving you time to recover and possibly challenge the same play but towards a different direction.. but whatever. what happened happened.

I don’t think you analyze your flaws enough, only talking about what you do good. Most goals against you say something about your teammate but neglect any comment on your ply
