Hey Mathew, sorry to interrupt ur conversation. If we didn't choose to do what we wanted, which u done doing films. I think we are really awkward creatures if someone's says to us to go to the right. We would say no, we want to go left.. Life is not difficult, we are .. But we have to go through all these obstacles because we are human. God wants us to learn, but it also wants us to know when to stop. Take the route that God wants. Don't be ashamed of talking about God. in ur lone time... not many get that chance ur different because God chose UU

As a disabled 32 year old man, this was so powerful. Just the time stamp titles alone are validating. I suffered a stroke at 24 while mountain biking, so I have that memory and perspective still which is bitter sweet. Going through relationship struggles, self worth struggles. I found myself searching disability and masculinity, what a surprise to find this. I appreciate this.

Yes one thread that sticks out to me is forgiveness. So many of these stories include forgiveness. ❤

Why on earth do people mention Jesus as their miracous healing. I read the bible every day, I am a believer. Yes Jesus healed, cured and resurrected the dead, but he don't miraculously physically heal anyone today physically. Spiritually, definitely, but miraculously healing your cancer, or any other chronic health problem, terminal or otherwise, NOT TODAY 🙅‍♀️.

Guys who are too nice tend to get used and taken advantage of, i think they're idealistic and not realistic, i think they put women on a pedestal who haven't earned it and continue to do so for longer than they should after they've proven they don't deserve it in hope the woman would change and appreciate them... Rose colored glasses, i say these things because i wasn't a full blown simp in my younger years but i was pretty close to being one, i was a hopeless romantic raised by a single mother with 2 older sisters, i had low self esteem and no one to teach me or talk to, i tried way too hard to get and keep women i found attractive while blindly ignoring all their toxic traits, i might have unconsciously chose those toxic women because i believed i wasn't good enough for good girls so I'd go after the damaged ones thinking i could treat them better (white knight?) I had a scarcity mindset and gave away my time, effort, resources and commitment too easily and openly, giving those women leverage over me, meanwhile they could explore their other options with little to no fear of losing me... Yup i hated my life and while my mom might console me and blame the women for not seeing my worth i needed a father figure to be honest and tell me what i was doing wrong and the true nature of women
