VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I am currently staying at Hotel Balensia in Madina and I am extremely disappointed with the shuttle service and reception desk staff attitude. The shuttle didn’t go to Haram today in morning for Fajar prayer, driver was late and finally when he came the shuttle service vehicle did not start and when I reached out to the reception desk for assistance, their response was shockingly poor. The staff at the reception desk show no concern at all about guest needs even if it is about your room and their attitude is nothing short of pathetic. While the shuttle vehicle itself is fine, the lack of punctuality and the poor attitude from the hotel staff make the service extremely frustrating. I expected far better service and professionalism. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
