Hello, Thank you for your comment. I added baking powder to this recipe. However, I am yet to make a chin chin recipe without eggs. This is because eggs help to bind (hold) the ingredients together to form a dough. I personally think it is essential for chin chin.

@@ritaedet7692 thank you for comment. You can add dry milk to the flour. I used condensed milk because I want it to have a strong milk flavor. You can however add any milk you want, could just be regular tin milk. Be careful not to add too much so the dough is not soft.
