RESEÑA DE "TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW" de Gabrielle Zevin

TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW by Gabrielle Zevin / BOOK REVIEW

The life-lines of college friends intertwine in an epic novel by Gabrielle Zevin. I share my reflections about this most interesting reading that made me think about synchronicity, connection, fate, and how video games relate to this never-winning game so-called life.

In a world often consumed by consumerism and distraction, it's easy to lose sight of the most important connection of all - the one with ourselves. Finding your own 'elements of power' and creating meaningful rituals can ignite your sense of purpose and fulfillment. Rediscover that sacred space of self-connection.

The eye is the first circle; the horizon which it forms is the second; and throughout nature this primary figure is repeated without end. It is the highest emblem in the cipher of the world. St. Augustine described the nature of God as a circle whose centre was everywhere, and its circumference nowhere. We are all our lifetime reading the copious sense of this first of forms. One moral we have ...

This outstanding book teaches us that there is a very particular balance between light and shadow and for every wonderful discovery, there have been awful outcomes. There’s a perfect equilibrium in the universe that we must learn to see.

Thank you < 3 Hi from Vienna, Robert
I really love the intention setting to help another woman out. I have been loving braiding bracelets and inviting the recipient to make a wish upon knotting it on them.
Excellente!! Very nice summary! What steps are you taking to break from routine and realize your internal power??⚘️
I wish she would speak up these days Women- Adult Human Females Clarissa! Speak up! Aroooooo arooooooo
Beautiful words thank you so much for your wisdom gracias 🙏 😊
Greetings from Ukraine! It was really interesting for me to find out about Mexican braiding and the spirituality of this practice. Your respect towards your national traditions and your ancestors is awesome, as I believe that every nation should keep their traditions alive.
Saludos amiga
I really don't see women against women anymore than men. Just like normal human variation. Some people are assholes. Some people get in fights. There's studies that women are held to higher ethical standards. They did one where they told two groups of people the same story of a lawyer who did a really corrupt thing. But each group was told the lawyer was a man or a woman. The groups told the lawyer was a woman perceived it as being even more evil and suggests harsher punishments for the woman when compared to the group told the lawyer was a man. But it was the SAME story. Not the only study like that either there are many. Women are seen as more evil than men for the exact same things. So, men can get away with killing and raping and beating and robbing each other and nobody says "Men are so catty!" But women get in fights and sometimes just don't like each other because that happens sometimes, and suddenly WE are catty bitches. Figures.
Hair being an extension of the soul really makes sense to me, and I think that's a beautiful practice! Thank you for sharing it!
This is a really great and informative video, I love your passion and how organized your thoughts are even with minimal editing :)
a genuine question, is it problematic if non mexicans use the Mexican Braids?
So beautiful ❤

Im 60% indigenous I love big braids. Your hair is beautiful in braids
I just finished this book! I loved it and I’m a 72 year old grandma that has never played a video game. It is a very informative, tender and such a good story! I found your video because I’m FINALLY going to grow out my hair. ✌🏽

There's a spelling error in your thumbnail.
Can non mexican do it, love the ribom at the end
Hi, your channel is absolutely amazing I've been growing out my hair for a while, and I love the spiritual practices you associate with hair. I also love the look of the beribboned braids. I'm of white European descent. Would it be considered cultural appropriation if I took inspiration from your cultural practices?
I appreciate this very much. Society indoctrinates us into denying our intuition and follow our leaders. They are supposed to be smarter. I remember times of my indoctrination and the time I broke free. I’m still learning to navigate life relying on my intuition. It’s never let me down. Thank you for voicing these observations.
What a great video ❤ Thank you so much.
I just bought this on a whim. It called to me from a bookshop where I live in England. Love your summary of the power of this book and the power of women together in community. Can't wait to dive in. ❤
Where do you get your ribbons?
I can see you’re struggling to do this with your very long hair
gracias por esta reseña!
Love this! Yes! 💜🌛
I'm still mourning Marx.
Tell me about it 🥺 so unexpected, yet so raw and real.
Off topic but I LOVE your braid 😭😭💕
Thank you! There’s a video on how to do it and what it represents for me ❤️ it’s all about braiding with intention
Since you have boys you should read IRON JOHN by Robert Bly

I love this, thank you for the video!!
By the end I was in tears. Your Message really resonated with me. I just discovered you. Thank you!🤗
I have African hair. I say about 14 inches long 😬. The longer kinky hair gets the harder to deal with 😅. I had this idea about braiding ribbon into my hair, so I went on RUclips to see if others have tried. I found your video, and you make it seem so easy. I'm going to give this a try. Hope it works out. Wish me luck 😊❤
Think of this as a conversation with yourself. Enjoy the process of having a conversation with yourself through the ribbon. Think about how braided we are to each other. I know you will make it happen ❤️
I've so benefitted from her words and perspective that urges us to live in that world that is simultaneously inward and outward. She has many books and many I think only as audiobooks. I have them all. :D They are transformational and a breath of fresh air that is right from the soul.
Your video and video's description totally NPR bliss freash air program quality :) KUDDOS2U
Beautiful,
Can you talk about the meaning of bangs? I heard that if you cover your forehead with hair it has a negative effect.
