Regular People by Pantera Guitar Solo Cover
What a great sound !.What effects did you use for the solo??
Just some delay and reverb! Very subtle though 👌
Oh, and thank you!
Do you have any multi effects or pedals to replicate the sound ? .Thanks for the reply
I’m trying to replicate the sound and yours is just spot on
Noice.
Preset please ?
I didn't use one!
Great riff
Thanks a lot man! I got a bunch more on the channel :)
PROGGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love the pov of the camera, it gives that live show guitarist pov, like dime himself was playing it, and you killed it too dude!
Thanks a lot man! I appreciate the love, I even play it a little differently like how Dike would play live!
You sound great and play great but god Peter's solos are utter shit
Thanks man! This is Mikael's solo though, and I agree that Peter's are normally not the best of the two
@@tylersampson1575 Oh well since it is mostly a ''scale''y solo I just assumed it was Peter because 9 times out of 10 it is. Just like the shitty solo on Deliverance vs. the obvious good one. Regardless tho, you sound great dude keep up the good work.
@aliceinchains7325 I will lol. Compare this solo to the other one in the song, this one is way better lol
You popped up out of nowhere on my algorithm and I’m happy you did. I’m a fan dude, keep it up!
This definitely means a lot man. I appreciate the feedback, I have 3 more original tracks on here if you wanna check em out!
Sick! I’ve tried to learn this many times and it is not easy!
You're right! Not a very easy one to get down, but it's so much fun to play once you get it 😎
Brutal bro! Sounda great! And nice guitar //,,//
Thanks for listening! I appreciate it!
Sounds really good mate 👍👍
Thanks man! I love this solo
Sounds great well done 👍
Thanks man, I appreciate it 🙏🏻
TITLE FIGHT GANG LETS GOOOOO
GANG GANG BABY!!!
Nice!
Thank you! Great song
lets go !! have a great day my friend that video is awesome :D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks! You too!
Solo aside, that throat clearing was very melodic
Thank you, I've been practicing a while
@@tylersampson1575 😂 because you replied now I actually have to appreciate your talent Bro The way you played this solo was like listening to the sound of fresh clear and sweet stream of water. And yet it was heavy.
Thank you, I've been practicing a while 😂😂 @flyingnimbus369
Nice work!!
Thank you! Cheers!
I Also, do the same thing you can go on forever with the solo it’s that good. Keep up the great work sounds awesome.
Thanks man! It's hard to know when to stop, it could've been a much longer solo in my opinion!
@@tylersampson1575 Absolutely
The one part I wanted to see wasn’t done the same as the album.
Was it the divebombs on the ending?
Tabs?
I do not have any tabs for this, learned by ear!
Love an old fashioned cover. Keep on rockin in the free world!
Thanks Neil Young!
lets go !! that video is awesome my friend !! keep it up :D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for listening! I appreciate it 🙏🏻
Hey man, how do you recorded the sound? Audio interface or the camera mic?
Camera mic!
Sounded so good, seems like an audio interface. Keep it up 🤘
Thanks, it was right next to speakers
Some tough and solid stuff!
Thanks bro! Cool ML!
que hermoso estás
Gracias
Wylde nice ❤
Thanks!
sweet stuff man.
Thanks a lot man!
This is amazing! I’d kiss that guy at a rest stop in Tallahassee for sure
Ok 👍
you got talent. but all i hear is Contortionist cover band. break it up. take out the blast beats. take the genre you love and spin that stuff 90 degrees. consume a wider range of songwriting. take what you love about progressive and dice it up. sound like something you have never heard before. but above all. dont stop. there is something just over the horizon. you just might grasp it before everyone else. step outside the box.
I appreciate the take on this. I did release another song the other day. I will say that this part of the song is rather Plini-esque, but it sounds right to me. I'll see whatever direction my future ideas take me. I got some old stuff I need to redo and some new stuff to sort through and develop. I'm posting another one today with some blast beats lol check it out!
@@tylersampson1575 if i was your music teacher i would assign you to cover 1 britney spears track, 1 slayer track, and 1 miles davis track. with your own spin. to make sure you understood the thinking behind pop, metal, and Jazz. and then i would task you to combine all 3 in your own interpretation. youre really good. just dont get bogged down in the confines of genre. listen to everything. let it widen your perspective and create something we havent heard before.
We shall see, my music taste has widened through the years. Although 90% is still heavy music, but some country, hip hop and Alice and Chains' "Jar of Flies" have crept in on my style. Something I am a fan of that I would like to incorporate somewhat is the soloing style of early Meshuggah, the more melodic stuff. My music isn't very thought out though, I don't piece things together. I play something that sounds like it could be a cool idea. Then let my ear decide what comes next, no genre in mind and no conscious effort of theory or anything. I think I've been able to get a sound that is 100% my own. I have found artists that write similar things, but that was normally after I wrote said similar parts 🤷
@@tylersampson1575 if you are writing pieces that you later hear, then you are creating within a genre. your creative aberrations are coming from your listening. all scales have been mapped. its how you compose with them, that will set you apart. you have to break out of the compositional conventions of the genre. i am a guitar hobbyist. but i used to think "if i could only sound like marty friedman or regi wooten then ive made it". once i learned their style of play, i started to find my own. turns out it was ambient drone. my point is, dont let genre define you as a player. keep pushing your ear and your taste.
Sick guitar
Thanks brah
What’s the song, also nice playing
The full song is on my channel, "Uberschall" is the title!
Thanks, also 😃
I say leave em alone
What? 😂
Amazing dude, never heard anything like it.
I'm glad you like it! I appreciate the kind words 🙏🏻
@@tylersampson1575 The more you listen to it, the more beautiful it sounds- I can't wait to hear more songs!
@@negative563 thank you so much. I released a song yesterday as well if you haven't checked it out yet!
@@tylersampson1575 I'll be sure to check it out as well
Thanks a million bro!
Another banger my dude! I would totally pay for your work through streaming! Great production on your songs.
I appreciate that more than you could ever know. I do have some stuff on streaming services under my name. Although I do want to redo all those songs with some better production. That's been my focus as of late 😎
So cool! What string action you usually set on your instruments?
As low as I can get lol
This sounds very good! Do you have a full song version of this?
Yes! It's on my channel
This is sick man!
Thanks man, I truly appreciate it 🙏🏻
Great job dude I hope i can just play like you someday
Ok!
This is amazing man! Love the space you give throughout the song, feels heavy but still has a chill quality to it. Going in my playlist for sure🤘
Thanks man! I got some more sums lined up too 😎
Sounds great. Gives me early 2000s hard rock/alt metal vibes. Keep up the awesome work!
Thank you very much for the kind words! I plan on releasing some more stuff shortly!
