Mavic Mini 2 Maiden Flight.......

The Mavic mini 2 was nice but the camera was just not good enough quality for me....so I went back to the Air 2. Here's a short trip over the hill country before the heat came and destroyed the greenery.

Both sound phenomenal in this video.
SRV and Roy Buchanan sound so much alike based on this recording.
He oozed everything he played. The blues was so in this man's blood and dna. God bless him.❤ I will never understand why the good are taken so young. 😢 (Year 2024)
I saw SRV,JR WALKER and the ALLSTARS,TOWER OF POWER,and the PALADINS at the HENRY J KAISER AUDITORIUM in OAKLAND CA NEW YEARS EVE 87 FUCKING AMAZING!!!!!!!! I SAW JEFF BECK OPEN FOR SRV IN OAKLAND ROUND 89 AND VERY FEW PEOPLE CAN PLAY BETTER THAN JEFF.STEVIE DID.JEFF,STEVIE,BILL G RIP
Duke absolutely NAILS that Guitar Slim solo in that last bit of the video.
For every time I see a great guitarist I think they are the greatest that ever been. SRV is surely one of them.
若くて生き生きしてる
I used to see Stevie and The Triple Threat Revue at The Rome Inn on Sunday night and he was great, I moved back to Kansas City, Missouri and Stevie was going to play at Harlings Upstairs , it was a small club and this was before Stevie had cut any records , anyway we got there early and when we walked in Stevie was playing pinball, I walked over and introduced myself, and told him that I used to see him in Austin, he sat down and we had some drinks, after the show we went to his motel room and talked, we invited him, Tommy , Chris , and Cutter , to lunch the next day, anyway they came to my home and my wife cooked a big meal for them , we drank alot of beer ,smoked some good Oxacan weed and became friends, those guys were all gentlemen, Stevie and the guys kept in touch through the years and the world misses Stevie
My man had SRV and DT over to his house for beers, food and weed.. some of us can only dream of this 🤣😭
you're the luckiest man on earth !
@@SchooleyGT Those guys were so humble, at one point Stevie and I were talking and I told him that I thought he was a better guitarist than his brother, he looked at me and said don't ever say that, and I started to repeat myself and Stevie put his hand on my shoulder and said don't ever say that, I looked at him and said I have a big brother too , and he smiled, he was a wonderful person
Thanks for this Mr.Hill, best regards from France.
He. was. truly doing. what. He Loved and. this set. speaks to. that.... !!!! What. A. Great set !
Stevie Ray Vaughan is ripping it up on this killer tones and playing
I was at this show… standing down front… after the show was officially over at 6:00, Tony Joe and Neil came back out, bot with electric guitars, and went at it playing the blues for 45 minutes 😅
The antones house guitar. Ash body blonde 59. Gorgeous.
three greats
I was lucky enough to be at Stevie’s El Mocambo show! In subsequent years I became good friends with Duke, and particularly Jimmy Vaughan, who I’m in contact with to this day! (I was a Blues Club owner, a festival operator and a radio DJ) Now I’m old and live on memories! lol Peace
Can you imagine what it was like to have a private concert of this calibre with so few attendants..mindblowing🇨🇦
What a treat! Thanks for posting this!
" I hear noises,,,I hear noises coming from "down South" . I hear there is a boy child comin,,,Gonna be a son of a gun,,, they said his name was Stevie Ray Vaughn,,,,,"
Catch what Duke Robillard does with the bridge of his left hand at the end of his first solo.
Duke kinda schooled Stevie on the Guitar Slim song. But all in good fun
you obviously don't know who Guitar Slim is Duke is playing his style. I think your new to this @@onepocketnovice
SRV is 75% Albert King 20% Jimi 5% original. Johnny Winter could out sing and out play him in his prime. @@onepocketnovice
thanks for bowing out @@onepocketnovice
Awesome! Duke had some shorter but very great moments!
😮
All made solid with the fabulous rhythm section of Fran Christina, Preston Hubbard and Chuck Leavell
Duke Robillard is a local native to upstate NY he went to Texas and showed the South that the North knows how to Rock the Blues! SRV shined as always he also traveled to Rochester played at the Red Creek bar on his way to Toronto to play with Albert King...
Love it...
Glenn, Jim Gardner here. I sat by you at the Balcony Club about 5 weeks March 2023 when you were videoing Junior Clarks Saturday night gig. What I didn't know at the time, is what all you have seen and captured on video throughout the years. I have watched this Dec. 2nd 1988 show with Kim, Duke, Preston, and Stevie Ray, sitting in for Jimmie that night. I saw Stevie many times but what you preserved for all to see this night is a great piece of history and how great he was. He was unselfish, and brought out the best of the other band members. These memories will live for ever. Thanks for making this possible. Jim
Thanks Jim. So glad I was there too!!
Great video! Thanks for posting this, so glad you 'showed-up' - Robillard, SRV and Kim Wilson! SRV is especially hot on this night....amazing solos! So good to be reminded of these MAESTROS of the blues!
Duke has a skill set way beyond SRV but this was cool to see.
Two great guitarist! I grew up with Duke in Rhode Island he taught me some licks. I've seen him play a thousand times Never disappoints. One of the best shows was with Johnny Winter! Time goes by so fast! RIP Stevie and Johnny 2 guitar slingers!
Gulp
HOT MUSIC

Pretty good for white blues.
Anyone know the song that opens the video?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Stevie!

Let's not forget Duke Robillard
Ain't this great! Thank you for sharing.
great show, those three Master of the Blues left us for posterity and how excellent the blues sound with K Wilson harmonic he play very texan
Great to see and hear. And good to see Duke Robillard in a situation where he was unable to push his way to the front.
Is the first a actual Song, or is this just mixed together?
First time seeing him play his scotch strat
Killer!
Can't Get No ...Santafication

Stevie Ray Kim And Duke. Whoa. Nothing better
Hats off to Duke! 🏆 Scary doing that 2nd solo after that first Stevie solo on “Things..” oh man! 😳
Dear God, he was fierce! I miss SRV every damn day. What lucky ducks got to see this thing! And with one of my all-time fave singers - the Mighty Kim Wilson! Thanks so much for this, Glenn. Hot DAIM!
