Sara Barreilles your music, lyrics, style, sense of humour and personality combine so beautifully. Feels like watch a best friend perform. The originals you create and perform inspire me to live my best life and every cover I discover from "yellow brick rd" to "smile" is so uniquely beautiful they bring me many hours of joy. So that's pretty awesome on its own.... But then I discover hidden gems like this, unpublished performances that give a girl fucking goosebumps!! Seriously at a loss for why this has no studio release or anything on itunes. It rocks so much harder than much of her last album. Maybe she wants to be seen as one who looks on the positive, but some rebellion against social oppression is pretty positive to me.
