You know people call Televisions "smart." When I got my first "smart" TV -- I thought, wow I really don't know anything. For sure, I have a lot to learn. But it takes courage to put yourself out there in a time when the world is numb. It takes courage not to hide behind a pseudo name. I'm committed to offering solutions and I'll always try and contribute something meaningful and positive to the dialogue. There will always be haters and there will always be people who need to hear something different than what is being constantly played on their "smart" TVs. Be well.

I hear you. "Loving Our Enemies" is a challenging idea and although it has been taught by Jesus, Buddha, and other great prophets and masters people back then and still today have a hard time being able to understand the true implications. The reality that most people can't stomach is that it's easier to hate someone than it is to love someone. And love doesn't mean you agree with them or don't resist their hostility toward you, your town, city, or nation... it means disarming them by convincing them that to de-escalate tensions benefits all of us... it is called moving toward a win-win scenario. That requires opening a door to cooperation. The other part of this that is hard for many of us to stomach is that if you go back in time far enough you are a villain in someone's story. You are also someone's enemy... or have done something to harm someone which is why they now want to harm you. And the true goal and north star for humanity as a species should be to break out of the cycle of violence as we are more prosperous in times of peace.
