The Artic Blast was terrible ❤❤

Ok. it is over. Grand total of ~ half an inch on the driveway. Just a dusting on the grass. Some years when we get snows like the one last week (nothing) and this, we will still have another possible b4 the winter is over. So my fingers are crossed.

Well, a few min ago we had a few flakes of snow. Then nothing. Then a flurry. As in ONE FLURRY. Then nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Now it is just pretty fine, light snow; but it IS technically snowing. Of course it will be dark in a few minutes. Such excitement. I am overwhelmed. (yawn.)

My first car was a 1973 red Camaro. I had it repainted, put Mag wheels on it, loved that car. It was stolen in the night outside of our house never to be seen again. 😢

Yeah, in my opinion, having the Publix people check you out is part of the 'Publix experience' -- you know, cause they're so nice! I work in Publix every time I go in there. Heck I work in most stores, I mean, WHY NOT?!? Gotta make your fun where you can find it, right?!

Yeah, I'd think about putting the frosting in the fridge if I planned for it to keep for a while. With that much sugar, it is pretty stable, but still. If it is cold, you'll need to let it soften a bit to use it, so... 6 of one / half dozen of the other... She P - could be getting books at the library like we did. Learn words, and context, etc, and if it is too hard, then get some easier. A lot of the time there will be series books that are easy enough for P, their teacher, or the library lady would know. A lot of time they'll have something like a 'young reader's club', with a tote bag, book mark, etc. to keep them together so they get returned on time. They just need a second mother, one with a car! Is there a library nearby?
