Small Town Builders are very active in East Texas around Forney and Terrell between I20 and HWY 80. You will find that these homes are quality built and a little more pop added with decorative tiles for kitchen back splashes and shower area. They are definite worth a second look. If you are still in the market, you will definitely get more for your money than what the big builders are offering.

This is an update to last posted video in regards to new construction. I have not been able to catch up with the builder. The house is soon to be on the market, I think they just have a few more finishing touches. If a viewing is allowed before it is purchased, I will try to show the inside. This is just a little update on what's been transpiring behind the scenes. Well for the most part, it's hard to find the time to do this with my new schedule. My hours require me to go to bed very early, and in order for me to have a productive night at work I need rest. Unfortunately , I can't do this as often as I like.
