Did you completed MFA Permission set assign user crystal, then start single sign on permission set assign user as in video.. make sure crystal user with Break glass profile

@@ThunderBird13 as per video in MFA "Crystal Fractour & Cala Campfire" both are assigned and Crystal is in inactive & Cala is active state , As i have done the same as per video still single sign on option is not available Sir. Crystal user profile is in Break Glass Administrator itself by default
