It's not that hard for most songs. There's many aspects to it but if you listen to a lot of good music and learn songs by ear it won't be too difficult.

@@ayman.bou_ the thing is, i can do it, but in a very simple way. I can almost play any song but just on 1 string, the other sounds such as bass i can never arrange them or find them by myself, do u have any advice on that?

The only way to get better at that is by practicing it so just learn what you can without using tabs and you should be fine
