Hi mate, having a someone similar problem with my 2.0 Citroen dispatch 2019, when accelerating hard in 4th , 5th gear I feel a strong tug back and a quick flash of the glow plug light for literally 1-2 seconds and then it’s fine, done a little bit of research and seen on other vehicles it could possibly be a camshaft sensor? My try putting a new one on as there only £25. Was just wondering what your opinion would be and any feedback would be very appreciated!

Hi all, has anyone been able to fix this P2262 issue in Mazda 6 diesel? changed the exhaust pressure sensor but, again engine inspection lights turned on. Low acceleration on the motor way. Any advise please ?

Hello mate, great informative video that. I have an issue where the headlights, wipers & heaters all stop working at the same time. They all go off and then all back on again, off on off on. 2018 i40, no one can seem to fix it. Changed bcm, fuse box, and push start button to no avail. Wish I was in Ireland so you could have a look! Any ideas? TIA

Thanks for the video. Just my 2cents : When changing the battery try not to touch it with greasy fingers or gloves. Use a clean tissue to hold it when it comes out of the pack. Oil etc. on the battery terminals can cause issues. Clean contacts and or battery with isopropyl alcohol and a clean tissue if needed.

Could you sort out a Ford Galaxy for me, 2012 TDCI . It runs very rough, idle is hunting, no power moving off, no power in low gears, car will jerk, no lights on, and then, boom Engine Malfunction comes on, at which point all the problems vanish, car runs sweet... but only for two week, as with this Engine Manfunction light on the DPF blocks up, as it must not clean DPF with this light on. Then it goes to mechanic, and they clear the DPF, tell me that was the issue, give me car back, running like a bag of spanners again, rough idle, hunting, no power moving off, no power in low gears, car will jerk in first second third, I drive like this for few days, and boom, Engine Malfunction comes back on, car runs sweet, blocks DPF in two weeks, back to Mechanic, and round and round I go. No one is fixing why its running so rough, that it's throwing the Engine Malfunction light. The DPF getting blocked is a result of the problem, not the cause. HELP!

What caused the head gasket to blow in the first place? Or do these engines tend to blow gaskets at a certain age/mileage? Thanks in advance

My kangoo only starts with easy start spray??? Changed fuel pipes, egr and glow plugs. I am now guessing it might be the crankshaft sensor?

Hii and thanks for the video ! On a Citroen Jumper, the engine stops running while driving. The errors shown by Autel: P0093:92 - Leak in the fuel system & P0087:21. We changed basically everything except the injectors. We changed the high pressure and low pressure pumps, the fuel filter twice and was clean, the fuel tank was removed and cleaned, the fuel pressure sensor of the common rail, the fuel pressure regulator etc but the problem is still the same, the engine stops while driving. We also cleaned the common rail and all the pins of the connectors with a Wurth spray specific for cleaning this stuff. The only thing left are the injectors. What do you guys think ? I will update this comment soon. The injectors are DELPHI ones and the van has 100.000Km. Greetings from Rome, Italy ! 😃

Great video!! However Is there a way to check the level of the oil before assuming that the pump is faulty? Asking as I'm thinking of doing it myself at home but don't want to have to pay for a new resivoir and pump if not needed! 🙈 Thanks!

I got the old one out but the retaining spring came off so i had to dismantle the paddle. not knowing that placee the clip in with cylinder attached but unable to unhook the new one so I can put the spring back in. Do i need a special tool to clamp it in to dismantle it again. Its hard as the new hip 😅

I have a similar problem, but there is no reversing camera on my i40 (2015). The lights don't flash, but are on. It is affecting my tyre pressure, abs lights, power steering. Would you recommend I take it to an auto electrician. Ot mechanic? Thanks

Is this related to the heater of the vehicle if in use? Would using the heater trigger the coolant leak?

I had this exact same issue recently, and the tip about removing the egr cooler from the top of the engine bay was a real life saver as I dont have car lift. Do you think you could get the dpf out of the same space top side of the engine bay that the egr cooler can be removed from. Looks to be 2 bolts, vband clamp and exhaust gasket holding it on then slides off in same direction as egr cooler.

I am getting the same fault, would a mutter meter give you the reading to test the power going to the starter? I don’t think my fans turn like they did though. What sort of voltage do you get across the starter terminals ?

I have a dacia duster 2021 all warning lights started flashing electronic fault the power steering got heavy then started to lose steering managed to pull up to my house turned off but wouldnt start again was scary loosing all power,,,,this has just happened so no garages open to fix wonder if this is same thig

On my avensis D4D t270, as soon as it warms up, it throws diesel from the exhaust and white smoke and I hear a knocking in the engine.

Same problem here with a 2017 Renault kangoo. We left it parked overnight and it was working again the next day. Something has probably been reset. What did you do to it to get it starting? It's not clear to me. Does anyone have any idea what exactly causes this type of failure? Thank you.

Could you have used a 3mm steel cable attached to a slow speed drill and used that to clear the pipe?

Hello. I have the same fault but I don't have a brake pedal going to the floor . I've changed the master cylinder and still can't get a brake.. . Originally the pedal just went on the customer with know leaks... Could it be the abs unit

I have same code P0068 with LTFT %25 and STFT zero % , no vacuum leaks at all, The problem LTFT go down with high RPM but not less than 18% even if RPM 6000, any idea what cass this issue especially car run perfect with no issue and no rough idle ?

Hi Dan,, i have a kangoo 1.6 Expression 06 plate petrol automatic. When turning the key, the car sometimes has a blank spot at the first rotation of the starter . It starts fine but every 4th 5th time i start the car this pause/ blank spot kicks in.. its like a hiccup before it fires up lol.. im thinking crank or cam sensor could be at fault. Iv had a guy put his code finder connected up but no faults were found at all.. the car has just done 100,000 and runs ok the battery/ alternator are ok but, this is niggling me ..

(P0299) That Turbo is a huge problem for Mazda and they will mostly not admit it. It's not a Mazda Turbo though so it might be in more car brands. I had my wastegate flap fall of like that, go inside the Turbo and wreck havoc on the blades (on the smaller Turbo) and i needed a new Turbo. I'm surprised yours didn't loose more power with the blades like that, because mine were the same. But good news that its possible to weld and find the broken part. My Mazda dealer said the part would end there in the Intercooler. I asked if they would look for it when the put a new turbo in, but got some weird answers. I was so pissed of at the dealer i said i want the "broken" Turbo, you are not keeping it to sell it or fix it.
