Yuck! There is so much that I don't like about this particular cottage. The interior layout is a mess. There isn't a clear view of the lake. There isn't a great deck or patio in the front of the cottage looking out. The stairs down to the water access are treacherous. If I was in the market right now this would be a hard pass. It's a nice enough video though. Kudos to whoever shot it. Even if I didn't care for the pacing in the post production editing.

Warm and inviting? This looks apocalyptic.

After all the house is in Canada, which eh, friggin cold ass winters. But I will say this, Personal Property Tax? Typically, property tax rates range from 0.5% to 2.5%. The size of your property, what you paid for it, and your income play no role in how much you will pay in property taxes.

Very beautiful, what's not to like about it. All the privacy in the world in your own paradise. I can only imagine the freezing cold in the winter time.....but would you care about that in a house like that? Don't think so.

Beautiful house, but shouldn’t be anywhere close to $19m

I guess I'm in my own lane because when I saw the outside I thought wow, how beautiful but once we see the inside, I personally felt all the white made it feel sterile. I would have thought because it's in Muskoka (cottage country) that the interior design would reflect a more natural, warm aesthetic. I expected more wood finishes. That's just me. Seems like everyone else thinks it's a dream home.
