Welcome to my channel- chair yoga classes for everyone from beginners to seniors. Chair yoga can be an accessible way to add movement and mobility to our day as we connect with our breath and cultivate positive energy and gratitude. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and create sequences that focus on movements that require limited position changes on the chair- with or without arms!

Chair Yoga For Beginners : To Tap Into Our Breath
Join me for this quick chair yoga sequence where we will take a moment to check in with our breath. We begin by checking in with how we feel as we do a quick scan of the body and tap into our breath. Next we start some gentle movement of the neck and spine as we practice our Cow Pose to help us to open the chest.
We then move on to some moves to help us move with the breath with our Mountain Pose variations and a Cactus Arms variation. Finally, we put it all together as we flow for two rounds to move and breathe. We finish with a quick cool down and once again check in with how we feel.
