I only played New World for 263 hours and never played the desert area nor the Angry Earth expansion which I did buy for the new Aeternum update which is already downloaded and installed on my PC if anything I might put another 200 hours in this game idk if I’ll play this game for that long depends on how much content gets added via updates otherwise I’ll just play this game on and off.

Mounts are locked behind a paywall and instead of fixing the game the devs decided to have a cooking competition with "sustainable ingredients", vegan propaganda. You've missed nothing. There is nothing to see here, let the game die horribly.

AUTOLOCK NERFED - PvP-only - Now breaks more aggresively when losing Line of Sight, killing a target will NOT move to the next target automatically, and the biggest one - turn speed is reduced when using target lock in PvP! I know a lot of people have been begging for target lock to get removed/nerfed because of how trivial it makes PvP (I think we've all seen the clip of the blindfolded hatchet kill).

I just logged in to NW yesterday. It's been about six months since I last played. I thought I'd level up my last toon to lvl 65. It took me TWENTY MINUTES to log in and teleport to the zone I wanted to play in. I've NEVER seen a game perform as badly as NW. I have a fiber connection to the Internet (I live in the EU -10ms connection.) What the hell? Floppy disk games on my old 1980's Macintosh out performed this piece of garbage.

It isn’t possible to return to New World Aternum it’s never existed yet. It’s being released for the first time on October 15 or isn’t it is it really just New World as a cash against consul users I failed live service game that they want to grab more of initial purchases off of on Consol before they abandoned the project and move oncause I’m already abandoned the part of the project with like two years since you’ve seen anything I mean they created a new PVP area and changed the leveling process a tiny little bit but nothing for PC users to keep them hence the reason there are less than 5000 people playing New World right this minute the player base has entirely abandoned that game. There isn’t even enough people to keep three servers going.

Has the character inventory and town storage weight capacity been removed? I'm a hoarder and I absolutely hated having to constantly micromanage my stash every time I came back to a town from farming or carrying too much and slowing me down.

at launch most people couldn't take the grind and quit. they have changed leveling and gearing to fit todays gamers for good or bad depending on style the game has done nothing but get better from launch

Biggest thing they need to learn is to stop being stingy. The drops in this game are stingy af. Down to the resources. A lot of time in TFD is farming the same resources over and over and amorphous over and over. Thats the extent of TFD currently. Almost every Unique Ability for Ultimate weapons are ass. I went to Enhance my Afterglow 4 times yesterday and went to put mods on it and got to the specialist mod I was going to add. Well here is where the stingy bs comes into play. Pratically every single Sniper High Powered Rounds Special mod has a cooldown when it procs. Why? Why give us such inconsistent mods that take tons of gold and kuiper to max. I could go on all day but that was the breaking point for me. I Pro Built every weapon in Warframe. Had 9k hrs on 1 account so when it came to TFD I was going to pro build every single weapon in the game. But noticing last night that almost every Ultimate Weapons Unique Ability in TFD was trash, that eliminated my desire to not only not pro build every weapon but I dont even want to get duplicate copies to enhance them anymore. When you have Enzo and can Increase Crit Chance on weapons and there being a hard cap at 100% Crit Chance, Having enzo further makes a lot of Unique weapon stats useless because they mostly have Crit Chance and NO crit damage. Game stingy as shit. The more you play the more it becomes obvious how stingy the game really is. Its unrewarding af and I spend most of my time pissed at the game.

IMO the “Endgame” is just getting all the blueprints for Descentant and weapons. Then maybe all the transcendent mods and you have nothing else to grind for. Stat rolls on weapons is not a grind it’s a waiting game

The problem is the grind is not rewarding. Counter-productive to use anything besides enduring legacy/ Greg’s for gluttony

And by the way, let’s let’s make it simple. Destiny two is dead. There’s nothing new in that game. It’s all re-skins. The game is starting to feel old people are craving for something new Destiny to win in the trash. I deleted all my stuff in that game.

the grind/rng/min maxing is not the issue. playing 4-8 hours a days and farming for a 20% drop rate item(which is a false number), only to acquiring 3 of them through out the week, is poor in game economy and is quite honestly worse than some of the issues you listed in the video. additionally, there are barely any decent sources outside of invasions and kuiper block mining missions that give you even a decent amount of gold for half of anything that you'd be using it on. as the game stands right now, min maxing for a build is not the issue. it's character variety, reward quantity and poor in game economy is. a game like this, or any looter shooter for that matter should feel challenging, rewarding and have an end goal in mind(in this game's case, it's farming decedents), rather than feeling like it's a digital 9-5.
