Good advice..wisdom..
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Seemed impossible, but it’s been over 2 years and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days, just happened after go’ogling Steffon Barkload's latest and genuinely quitting because I was a mess.
My depression has gotten so bad that i havent showered since February, havent worked, havent cooked a meal, and more recently dont get out of bed for weeks at a time. I tried to use my insurance to get an aide in the home to help me get up and do things for myself but no one serves my area. What would you suggest i do? I have worked with a therapist for 8 months last year and a psychiatrist and had psychotherapy for 3 months and still am passively suicidal and have made no progress

OK, these are some good reminders, there’s no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever is what worked for me, best shortcut I go’ogled that took days without withdrawal.
Thanks for sharing, Sounds familier, i however lost jerbs, dui's, money, freinds, family, cars, property, whilst living in my own hell of anxeity and depression, i just didnt realise that untill this lady mentioned it..
Adult child of addicted parents alcohol and drugs. Have struggled with codependency all my life age 60 youngest child age 28 we both have been in cognitive therapy for over 24 years. We made it our life’s mission to break the cycle of codependency through education, therapy and self work. So yes it affects not only the children but generations after. Happy Healing ❤️🩹 ☮️☸️🕉️🪷

This is so helpful ❤
Correct ❤keep on the right path.Stopping alcohol was the best thing I’ve ever done,I know what I stand to loose by having just 1 drink
I think most people would be shocked at the amount of people who are functioning addicts.
Living it everyday.
Congratulations! 🎉 Your doing great!
Thank you!!
Lavender laced tea
Congrats.
BEAUTIFUL!!😍
Congratulations twelve years ago I went into the rehab. Within being there four hours I was put in the hospital for ten days on life support. My new husband had to watch me in a coma. Think the lord I did I don't remember those ten days. I was sober for ten years. My dad died and I started drinking again. So now I am sober again. Thank god for me and thank god for you
Congratulations on giving up that bad habit I am happy for you because they are really bad for your health Keep up the fight and don’t regret what you are giving up GOD bless you on this new journey
Wow you’re really cool!
I know you can do it !!! Keep moving forward!!! 👏🏼 Is very hard for me to be around people too. I live out in the country.
Yes! Thank you!
My ex-girlfriend (who happens to look a lot like you 😄) went through the same thing, also combining with antidepressants. She stopped cold turkey and is feeling great now. I find alcoholism affects mostly good, sensitive people.... having to deal with jerks of the world. Congratulations 🎉
Thank you!!!!
Wow loser
We don't get away with it at work..... we wreak the perspiration of alcohol and tobacco. Alcohol truly turns on us, MUCHO blessings for continued healing
Congrats on acknowledging your problem, thats an important step. Sobriety is a good thing. Addicts can be very high functioning especially if sober
Absolutely!!
Congratulations 🎉🎈 🎊.
Thank you! 🤗
It takes a lot work to get out of any addiction. I quit alcohol 🥃 tabaco and weed all at once I’m 50 years young I work out ever day I look better than ever and feel better than ever.
Yes! Congratuations!!! I feel better than ever too!
It’s so easy to quit if you do it right, it’s been over 9 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal after go’ogling and reading Steffon Barkload, not even within the first 30 days after I quit and told no one, did not need AA meetings or meds either.
